Terms of sale and use

Last updated: 13 October 2026.

These terms apply to buying GlideDeck licences and to using glidedeck.app (“the site”). GlideDeck is made by Drizzzle, Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, Bruxelles, Belgium (“we”, “us”). Questions: support@glidedeck.app.

1. Who you buy from

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy, you buy from Paddle, under Paddle’s buyer terms, which apply to the payment, taxes, invoices and refunds. These terms apply to the software and to the licence you receive.

2. The product

GlideDeck is downloadable software for Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit) for preparing DJ mixes. Its features, price and system requirements are described on the site. A purchase gives you a licence key that unlocks the full version of the same application the free trial installs.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown on the site in US dollars before tax. Paddle adds sales tax or VAT where it applies and may show the price in your local currency. A licence is a one-time purchase; there is no subscription. An introductory (“early-bird”) price may end at any time; it does not change licences already bought.

4. Delivery

The licence key is shown on the site right after payment and stays available in My Account, signed in with the email address used to buy. The software is downloaded from the site.

5. The licence

Use of GlideDeck is governed by the end user licence agreement. In short: up to three computers at a time, movable whenever you like; updates within the major version you bought (for example 1.x); a 14-day trial before buying, after which saving and exporting need a licence while opening and playing mixes keeps working.

6. Refunds

See the refund policy. Refunds are made by Paddle. A refunded licence is deactivated.

7. Your account

Buying needs an account on the site, identified by your email address and opened with emailed sign-in links. Keep access to that mailbox: it is how you get back to your licence keys. Don’t share your licence key.

8. Acceptable use of the site

Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, get licences you haven’t bought, or resell licence keys.

9. Warranty and liability

GlideDeck is provided as described in the EULA. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be limited by contract.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version on the site when you buy applies to that purchase.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without affecting mandatory consumer protection where you live.
