End user licence agreement

GLIDEDECK END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

This agreement is between you and Drizzzle ("we") for the GlideDeck software, its
updates and documentation ("the Software"). By installing or using the Software you
agree to it. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. Trial
You may use the Software free of charge for 14 days to evaluate it, once per person and
per computer; the trial is started with an email address. After the trial,
saving and exporting require a licence; opening and playing mixes keep working.

2. Licence
When you buy a licence, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable
licence to use the Software on up to three of your computers at the same time.
Activating it on a further computer moves it from the computer where it was
activated earliest, which then stops being licensed. A licence
covers the major version you bought (for example 1.x) and its updates.

3. Restrictions
You may not rent, lease, sell, sublicense or distribute the Software or your licence
key; share your licence key with others; or remove, bypass or tamper with the
licensing. You may not reverse engineer the Software except where the law expressly
allows it.

4. Your music
GlideDeck analyses, arranges and renders audio files you supply. You are responsible
for having the rights to the music you use, perform, record or publish.

5. Activation and privacy
Activating a licence sends the licence key, an anonymous identifier of your computer
and the computer's name to our licence server. GlideDeck may check, at most once a
day, whether your licence has been revoked. No audio, library or usage data is sent.

6. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights not
expressly granted. Third-party components are listed in the Licenses folder of the
installation and are covered by their own licences.

7. No warranty
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law
allows. We do not warrant that it is free of errors or will run without interruption.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or
consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, and our total liability is
limited to the amount you paid for the licence.

9. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you break its terms. You must then stop using
the Software.

10. Refunds
Purchases are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, under its
buyer terms. A refunded licence is revoked.

11. General
Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence are not affected.
